INTERGEO 2023 in Berlin: Digital twins scale up

Berlin hosted the 29th edition of INTERGEO from October 10-12, 2023, with 560 international exhibitors and 18,500 visitors. Sustainability and smart cities were at the heart of discussions.

INTERGEO 2023 in Berlin was marked by major announcements in urban digital twins. Trimble presented SketchUp Studio with direct point cloud integration. The new Leica BLK360 G2 was the star of the show with its ultra-compact format. DJI launched the Matrice 350 RTK for professional aerial mapping. The Smart City Pavilion showed how Singapore, Helsinki and Munich use digital twins for urban management. Sessions on AI applied to automatic detection in 3D scans were packed.
