Data controller
The controller of the personal data collected on www.scan2reality.com is the company publishing the Site, whose full identification and contact details appear on the Site’s Legal Notice page. For any question about your personal data, please write to info@scan2reality.com; we reply within 48 business hours.
Data we collect
We only collect the data needed to operate the Site: your email address when you subscribe to the newsletter or a waiting list (forms managed by Brevo, with double opt-in confirmation); your order data (name, email address, billing and payment details) processed by the Stripe payment platform when you make a purchase; the content of messages sent through the contact form, routed via the EmailJS service; and browsing data for audience measurement (Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity), collected only if you have consented via the cookie banner.
Purposes and legal bases
Sending the newsletter and informational emails is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email. Processing order data is necessary for the performance of the sales contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and for keeping accounting records as required by law (Art. 6(1)(c)). Processing contact form messages is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)). Audience measurement is based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Retention periods
Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Order data is kept for 10 years from the end of the financial year, in line with accounting obligations. Audience measurement data is kept for a maximum of 13 months. Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted.
Recipients and processors
Your data is processed by the following processors, each for the purpose indicated: Brevo (newsletter and email management), Stripe (secure payment and invoicing), Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (audience measurement, loaded only after consent), EmailJS (contact form routing) and Amazon Web Services (hosting of the Site and storage of the delivered files). Some of these providers process data outside the European Union; such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (adequacy decisions or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses). Your data is never sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to object to or restrict its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to info@scan2reality.com; we reply within 48 business hours. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
Cookies
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or refuse audience measurement cookies. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are only loaded after your explicit consent; no audience measurement cookie is set if you refuse. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time via the “Cookies” link in the page footer.
